Questions
Delivery questions
How much is delivery?
Nothing, on orders over £50. It is a special web offer: delivery is free to any address within 5 miles of the shop when you order on this website.
Is there a minimum order?
For delivery, yes: your order needs to come to more than £50. Smaller orders are welcome for collection from the shop. The basket shows how much more you need for free delivery.
How do I know if you deliver to me?
Enter your postcode above. We measure the straight-line distance from the shop at 344 Coventry Road, B10 0XE, and the checkout runs the same check.
What if I live further away?
You can still order online and collect from the shop. Collection orders are paid by bank transfer in advance.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (BACS) only. Meat sold by the kilo is weighed when we cut it, so we email your final total and you pay using your order reference, before or on delivery.
When do you deliver?
In the evening. Pick the day that suits you at checkout, and we confirm it when we send your total.
Who do I call if there is a problem?
Call the shop on 0121 771 4737 for anything to do with your order or delivery.
